Buyer (Tools & Home Improvement)

Responsibilities of the role are the following but not limited to :

• Get the best deals on products within your category ;
• Be on top of the latest trends in your category ;
• Help source and maintain good relationships with your Suppliers ;
• Identify and negotiate the best deals in terms of price, quality and design ;
• Assist in developing new products.

• Knowledgeable and passionate about the sourcing and purchasing of Tools & Home Improvement products.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Buyer, Product Sourcer, Purchaser, Category Manager or Product Developer.
• Experience sourcing from China.
• Good command of English, additional languages are a bonus.
• Knowledge of suppliers a plus.
• Ability to work with deadlines, organised and accurate.
• Self motivating; able to take ownership and go-getter attitude.
• Willingness and flexibility regarding business travel.
• Outgoing personality and a great team player.
