- Responding any inquiries through email and social media in English
- Handling and resolving any issues during calls and through emails
- Company will provide training related to work assignment
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates with Vocational or Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Ability to speak professionally on the phones
- Positive attitudes with service mind and good communication skill
- Ability to work on Saturday and Sunday
- Excellent in English and native in Vietnam (Tiếng Việt)
