Description
● Build team from scratch (expected to build a team of 10 within 3-6 months)
● Lead / assist the training of the team
● Evaluate the performance of each person in their team
● Develop portfolio of clients for you and your team
● Manage work with clients (delegate workloads and handle the whole communication with
clients)
● Provide performance review every month (for the team) and plan on how to improve the
performance
● Responsible for all administration related to their team (with the support of our operations /
admin team)
Qualifications
● Sales experience in recruitment agencies of minimum 3-5 years
● Worked for or currently working for technology / digital related business (e-commerce, IT,
performance marketing firms, etc)
● Tech savvy - Strong capabilities in Google applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar,
Hangouts, Gmail, Slides), communication technologies / applications
● Build or manage a team
