Description

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for all online & offline marketing activities in the Thailand market. Reporting directly to CEO.
  • Define & execute content marketing strategy, social media strategy, paid marketing, SEO, Email Direct Marketing.
  • Contribute to development of brand and work with CEO, CFO, internal stakeholders, investors, external partners and clients.
  • Analyze sales problem and obstacles that affects monthly sales and including arranging corrective and preventive plan.
  • Analyze market and competitor information and conduct market research.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
  • Always focus on return on investment and leveraging best performing marketing channel.
  • Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand. Work with product manager on product marketing efforts.
  • Analyze, recommend and lead implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing.
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results.
  • Use web analytics applications currently at your disposal to measure and report on the performance of the web pages and report and make recommendations to the Managements of Marketing to improve their performance.
  • Launch countrywide surveys to generate content and leads for sales.
  • Work with CEO to plan and hire marketing team.Preferred requirements & experience:

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • At least 4 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area.
  • Able to work independently and detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
