Description
Responsibilities :
- Reach out to new leads within time frame to demonstrate our service by using demo product and close new deals.
- Meet with clients to identify their needs and pain point to develop a quality relationship with clients.
- Monitor sale pipeline to ensure existing and new accounts have a professional service on each stage of sale process.
- Sell to existing and potential direct accounts by participate in closing and consulting.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Prepare reporting as needed

- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)

- Understanding of sales performance metrics

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, fintech, ecommerce or start up experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in related area.
- Able to work independently and detail oriented.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
