Description

Responsibilities : 

  • Reach out to new leads within time frame to demonstrate our service by using demo product and close new deals.
  • Meet with clients to identify their needs and pain point to develop a quality relationship with clients.
  • Monitor sale pipeline to ensure existing and new accounts have a professional service on each stage of sale process.
  • Sell to existing and potential direct accounts by participate in closing and consulting.

 

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
  • Prepare reporting as needed

  • Enterprise sales
  • Prospecting
  • Outbound sales
  • Internet research
  • Qualifying
  • Proficient with LinkedIn
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Experience working at a startup

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, fintech, ecommerce or start up experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area.
  • Able to work independently and detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
