What is your mission?

As a Social Media Content Reviewer you will be working with our Social Media Account to deliver #happier customer experience. You will support one of the leading social media platforms, help to build safety communities, and investigate issues and resolve this incident.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

As part of international team, you will support one of the leading social media platforms
You will help build safe communities for millions of people around the globe
Assist our community members accurately and on time
Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

Fluency in written and spoken Laos and English.
Bachelor's Degree is required
1-3 years experiences in any field for Laos nationality, fresh graduated for Thai nationality only
A deep interest and understanding of online media and social networks
Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events in Laos.
Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility
Able to work in Shifts
