Description
Assortment
- Define the assortment strategy across multiple categories including, but not limited to; apparel, footwear, accessories and lifestyle.
- Define positioning on each category vs other marketplaces and competitor websites and build clear priorities and plans for the team
- Set up clear and ambitious targets for the team: assortment coverage, exclusive products, sales performance, profitability
- Develop assortment strategy for standalone store and concessions.
- Ensure all processes are performed effectively
- Perform continuous competitor analysis
- Coordinate with Production and Marketplace teams to ensure content production and supply chain efficiency
Trade Plan and Promotion

- Be the best online partner in Thailand for the top suppliers, maintain qualitative day-to-day relationship with our suppliers
- Design ambitious and differentiating plans with the suppliers to support the launch of new brands or new products
- Define the onsite animation plan to improve differentiation and conversion, and coordinate with marketing for a qualitative execution
- Steer the promotional plans including brand/product promotions, store promotions and online on-top promotions. Ensure a perfect execution in the promotion set up communication
- Develop promotional strategies for seasonal items, key holiday events, and in-store events
- Supervise team on the product selections for the home page, overall onsite merchandising and digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing team to maximize revenue and ROI for each category and brand
- Management and Operation
- Organize, motivate and develop the team
- Give clear directions to the team: targets, coordination with the Marketing & Operations team
- Identifying operational inputs, processes, outputs and feedback, and use this transformation process to improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organisation’s mission
- Be an E-commerce Operations champion for the online business to help lead the strategic development of the E-commerce activity
Analysis

- Analyse categories/brands and product performances - weekly
- Analyse with marketing team trade plan and promotions performance - weekly
- Train the team to identify short-term and mid-term action plans
Qualifications
- 5-10 years working experiences in online, retail, or merchandising skills
- Manager able to guide and develop teams Must have a strong desire to work in omni channel retail
- Good understanding of financial retail measurements such as sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity
- Very strong drive and will to make a difference
- Strong negotiating, problem solving, with proactive and positive working attitude
- Thai nationality with international background is preferred
- Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Good command in English and Thai, both writing and speaking
- Self-confidence, extroverted personality and proactive attitude
- Great knowledge of the local market & brands
