Road Experience Co., Ltd is training and placement organization established since 2009 located in Hatyai, Southern Commercial Hub of Thailand.

Our role is to find qualified teachers for Thai schools, and determine the best teaching placements for them. For the past 6 years we have placed over 170 teachers each year throughout Thailand primarily in the Southern part which has wonderful tourist destinations and is a popular location among many foreign teachers who wish to work and travel abroad.

Apart from the south, we also have many placements available in popular cities like Bangkok, Bangkok Metropolitan Regions and Eastern Thailand which offers similar beautiful geography to the South.

How does Road Experience support our teachers?

• 30,000 – 40,000 THB monthly salary depending on location, qualification and experience
• guaranteed teaching placement
• 3 full days Orientation program with trail class at real school (for new & inexperienced teachers who start the beginning of semester)
• Greetings upon arrival by Road Ex staff at Hatyai Airport for those who join orientation program
• Prearrange with the school to greet you up upon arrival and initially help you find accommodation
• Non-B and work permit assistance by producing all visa paperwork and keeping track of the procedures
• 24/7 Support in emergency cases
• Full support regarding issues related to the school such as contracts, late payments, teaching hours, etc.
• Teachers who sign a one-year contract are guaranteed 2–4 weeks paid holiday
