• Experience in shipping and logistics domain will be an added advantage.
• Ability to proactively analyze and recommend the best solution for the requirements.
• Ability to interpret, clearly articulate, and handle meetings.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
• Experience in leading and managing the team to meet the requirement of the clients.
• Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Easy going and adaptive with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Technical Knowledge in Java would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
