Job Overview
To design craft interesting and entertaining lesson plans that maintains students' interest in using English to participate in. This role will use the curriculum structure that is already built and express its ideas onto activities and classes in-line with a particular theme. Subsequent validation of these ideas/activities will be done through trial classes before being incorporated into the library of lesson templates.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and create lesson plans in accordance to the curriculum and theme
• Carry on trail classes with created lesson plans
• Curate lessons plans/activities into theme and curriculum
• Adapt interesting activities for lessons and test feasibility of activities
• Identity the required proficiency for participation in such a lesson/class

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in the related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in related work
• Excellent attitude and team-player
• Energetic and extroverted
• Creative and enjoys out-of-the-box thinking
• Enjoys creating content and connecting English lessons to real-world experiences
• Read widely with a good understanding of current trends in Millennial/Youths
