Key Responsibilities
Export Documentation
- Prepare and manage shipping documents accurately, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin (CO)
Order Processing
- Handle Purchase Orders (POs) from overseas customers and input them into the system
- Coordinate closely with the production team to align shipment schedules
Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange vessel/air bookings
- Manage export declarations and support customs clearance processes
Buyer Communication
- Provide shipment updates (ETD/ETA) to customers
- Coordinate sample shipments and handle logistics-related inquiries
Data Management
- Maintain accurate export records and ensure proper documentation filing
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–10 years in export, logistics, or international trade
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade processes, including Incoterms and HS Codes
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in documentation with strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Language: Business-level English and Korean (written and spoken) is required
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to handle repetitive tasks, and maintain composure under pressure
