Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy;
• Create a full suite of branded materials (video, presentations, visuals);
• Lead event marketing efforts: exhibitions, presentations, client events;
• Budget planning and team management;
• Strategically position the brand in the premium real estate market;
• Closely collaborate with the sales department.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in marketing (leadership roles);
• Hands-on experience with premium/luxury brands;
• Strong skills in budgeting and team leadership;
• Ability to develop strategies and launch full-cycle initiatives;
• Experience in the Thai market is a plus.
