Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant for executing mainly personal tasks for the
businessman and his family who lives in Ko Samui.
Responsibilities:
● Buying and ordering food, household goods, gifts, etc. online and offl
● Travel support of the owner in local trips and abroad:plane search and
reservation, car and transfer rental, hotel search and reservation
● Searching for housing for staff on Samui
● Driving the owner, friends of family on car (not regular)
● Find contractors for convenience, repair services
● Boat maintenance (take out and start, prepare for sailing, buy accessories
● Resolving the issue with insurance or payment of utilities,currency exchange
● Other minor tasks
Qualifications
Work or personal experience in similar tasks executing
● Spoken and written English and Russian/ Ukrainian
● Driving licence and recent experience
● Good online search skills
● Awareness of the Samui infrastructure and recreational awareness
● Readiness to live in Samui
● Energetic and proactive mindset
● Readiness to learn on-job and perform wide range of tasks
