We are looking for professional IT workers (both working Expat or local Thai) to support our client (Multinational Feeder Operator in Thailand)

Candidate should be willing to work in support project (level-2 support). He/she need to respond to assigned tickets within SLA after analyzing the same. Also need to provide solution to business user/technical team (from business POV). He/She should be able to pull some adhoc reports (using PL/SQL) as requested by customer. He/She should have good analytical skills and also should know basic PL/SQL


Job Requirement (on daily basis)

  • To analyze the ticket that is assigned
  • Support user if any operation issue
  • Comeup with solution of the issue assigned
  • Communicate with user/internal customer team
  • Communicate with development team
  • Pull out adhoc report (using PL/SQL) as requested by customer

Other skills

  • Should have experience of application support
  • Should have working knowledge/experience of PL/SQL
  • Should have good analytical skills
  • Should be good learner and good team player


1.   Base salary

2.   Provident Fund of -3% of base salary

3.   Social Security -750 THB per month
