Description
Responsibilities
- SDR responsibility to operate at top of the funnel and coordinate with marketing and other channels to prospect and qualify potential clients.
- SDR will generate leads to pass on to sales teams responsible for bottom of funnel as per defined parameters.
- Performance of SDR will be tracked by number of companies qualified, contact people identified, cold calls made and other prospecting activity.
- SDR report to Head of Sales directly.
- Research and collect data on consumers, competitors, market and consolidate information into actionable items such as prospecting lists, segmentation and identification of relevant contact persons.
- Extensive use to internet research, social media and LinkedIn to create rich context around companies and contacts.
- Qualifying Leads by comparing them to ideal client profile, customer segment and personas.
- Determine sales readiness through qualifying questions, convert leads into appointments for sales executives.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Work with marketing team to develop inbound marketing channel and content marketing plan.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, fintech, ecommerce or start up experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in related area.
- Able to work independently and detail oriented.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
