Evaluate the quality of incoming leads to ensure strong conversion potential.

Convert qualified prospects into clients by clearly identifying and understanding their individual needs.

Genuinely foster and sustain strong relationships with clients, their families, and associated professionals.

Greet and support prospective and new clients, as well as visiting professionals, by addressing inquiries and concerns during onsite visits.

Accurately identify client requirements and provide tailored solutions and relevant information.

Thoroughly gather initial client data, including biological, psychological, and social health status, to build a comprehensive profile for appropriate support.

Recommend suitable treatment programs and duration of stay based on individual assessments to effectively address client concerns.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience

Background in healthcare strongly preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
